Personnel Information Exchange (PIE)
What is PIE?
A subscription-based online system to help State human resources professionals access information related to their jobs. Human resources include personnel, labor relations, and other specialties.
What will I find on PIE?
- Timely information, geared for HR. PIE lets you see pay letters, allocation guides, alternate range criteria, and many other items related to payroll and personnel as they are posted. This information will eventually appear in various public sites, but with PIE you can access it when you need it.
- Searchable data: With PIE you can search data on pay scales, exempt classifications, and filled positions. Create a report on demand, in real time, using the most up-to-date data available.
- Convenient links. PIE provides links to SPB pinkies, DPA PML memos, DPA laws and rules, and several other items. PIE collects all the links in one place and gives you access to the information you need.
DPA charges an annual subscription fee to every facility, location, and department headquarters that uses PIE. The rate depends on the number of employees.
|Number of Employees||Annual Subscription Fee|
|1 to 100||$300|
|From 101 to 500||$600|
|From 501 to 1000||$1200|
|From 1001 to 5000||$2400|
|5001 or More||$3600|
How to Subscribe
To subscribe to PIE, send DPA a check for the current fiscal year, along with a list of authorized users.
Designate one person on the list as the primary contact. The primary contact will work with DPA to keep the list of authorized users up to date. We need this person's phone number, email address, and fax number, if available.
We'll notify the primary contact once we receive the check and list of authorized users.. At that point, your newly authorized users can register.
