If you have problems using the DPA website, please check the following list before contacting the DPA Webmaster:
Older Version of Browser
You may need to upgrade your browser. You should be using either
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE), version 6 or higher or
- Firefox, version 2 or higher.
Web Traffic
The DPA website may be experiencing a lot of traffic. We recommend patience. Please allow pages to download completely before clicking any of the links.
Your Internet Connection
If you encounter the same problem with another site, your Internet connection may be broken. Check with your Internet Service Provider or your IT department. If the problem only occurs on the DPA site, web traffic on the DPA site may be responsible.
