  The following provisions of the CSEA Master Table (covering 
  Bargaining Units 1, 3, 4 and 11) Memorandum of 
  Understanding dated July 1, 1999 through July 2, 2001 will 
  be effective October 1, 1999.  
  
  
  Section 7 k. (Holiday pay for less than fulltime employees)
  
  Section 12.1 (Business and Travel Expense reimbursement 
  except for lodging which is effective November 1, 1999)
  
  Section 19.2 (Sick Leave included for purposes of computing 
  overtime)
  
  Section 19.7 e. (Call Back Time compensable when an 
  employee begins work from any site approved by the 
  department)
