PML Memorandum 96-018 contained an error on Page 3 of Attachment 3. Attachment 3 is a chart that depicts the reemployment list eligibility of employees undergoing different types of transactions. Item D on Page 3 incorrectly indicates that a person whose Career Executive Assignment (CEA) appointment is terminated and who has reinstatement eligibility under State Personnel Board (SPB) Rule 548.153 has the right to have his or her name placed on departmental and general reemployment lists. This should be corrected to show that such an employee has the right to be placed on departmental and subdivisional reemployment lists. Annex O to the Staffing Reduction Policy and Procedure Manual includes the chart that is Attachment 3 to PML Memorandum 96-018; therefore, the last page of Annex O should be corrected to show that a terminated CEA who has reinstatement rights under SPB Rule 548.153 has eligibility for departmental and subdivisional reemployment lists.
