The class specifications have been revised to comply with the legislation and as a result of subsequent impact negotiations, license reimbursement shall be provided as follows: Effective July 1, 1997, all permanent full-time Pharmacy Technicians shall be reimbursed the actual cost of the license renewal. Permanent part-time and permanent intermittent employees shall be reimbursed on a pro-rated basis. Any questions may be directed to your Department's Employee Relations Officer.
