  With the enactment of Senate Bill 1349, all Pharmacy 
  Technicians in State facilities are required to be 
  registered by the Board of Pharmacy as set forth in Section 
  4202 of the Business and Professions Code.  The class 
  specifications have been revised to comply with the 
  legislation and as a result of subsequent impact 
  negotiations, license reimbursement shall be provided as 
  follows:
  
  Effective July 1, 1997, all permanent full-time 
  Pharmacy Technicians shall be reimbursed the actual 
  cost of the license renewal.
  
  Permanent part-time and permanent intermittent 
  employees shall be reimbursed on a pro-rated basis.
