  The DPA Labor Relations Academy registration form for 
  the Fall 1998 and Spring 1999 sessions that 
  accompanied PML #98-033 states that tuition for the 
  Academy should accompany the registration form when 
  the registration is submitted to DPA.  Absent a State 
  budget, and as the Academy will not be able to 
  accommodate all applicants, registrations will be 
  accepted without advance payment of tuition.  Payment 
  of tuition will be due when the applicant is notified 
  that he/she has been accepted for participation in 
  the Academy.

  Relations Division at the above address or faxed to
