  The Department of Personnel Administration (DPA) is 
  sponsoring its Eleventh Annual Labor Relations/Personnel 
  Conference, December 9, 10, and 11, 1998.  The conference 
  registration closes November 4, 1998, or when conference 
  capacity is reached.
  
  A conference registration form and a tentative conference 
  schedule are attached. Room reservations are the 
  responsibility of each individual.  Hotel reservations will 
  be taken by the Doubletree Hotel beginning Monday, July 20, 
  1998, 8:00 a.m., at (707)-584-5466.
   
  DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL PRIOR TO THIS DATE/TIME.  
  
  To get the DPA Conference room rate of $61.00 per night, you 
  must mention the conference when registering and fill out a 
  tax-exempt form when checking into the hotel.  Priority will 
  be given to 3-night guaranteed reservations until October 
  18, 1998; registration will then be open to 1-night and 2-
  night reservations.
  
  To register for the conference you must send to DPA BOTH:
  
  1.A completed Registration form; and
  2.A check in the amount of $85.00 per person.
