  Effective April 15, 1998, Travel and Relocation 
  Reimbursements for represented employees in Bargaining Unit 
  6, California Correctional Peace Officers Association 
  (CCPOA) will be reimbursed according to the Department of 
  Personnel Administration (DPA) rules for excluded employees 
  with the following exception:
  
  OVERTIME MEALS: Do not apply DPA rule 599.923 (a) to 
  represented employees in Unit 6.  Language in the new 
  contract provides that reimbursement for overtime meals 
  shall remain the same as in the previous contract.
  
  Please notify Managers and Supervisors who review and 
  approve claims for travel and relocation expenses of this
