   This memorandum forwards Change #2 to the State
   Restriction of Appointments Manual (SROA).
   
   Change #1 inadvertently revised only part of Section D.4
   on page 14 of the SROA Manual.  Change #2 completes the
   revision of Section D.4 and also forwards the form to use
   when placing the names of Injured State Worker Assistance
   Program participants on SROA lists.
   
   Please insert new pages iii, 13, 14, 23, 24, and Index 1-2
   in the SROA Manual.
