   Administration (DPA) Laws is attached.  Hard copies are
   being mailed to those who have purchased the DPA Laws, and
   diskettes are being mailed to those who have requested the
   DPA Laws in either WordPerfect or Microsoft Word format. 
   The index has also been loaded onto the PIE.
