While the more routine communications such as grievance responses should continue to be forwarded to the assigned business agent handling the case, issues with a potential impact on represented employees should be referred to the San Francisco Office. The types of notices that should be forwarded to the San Francisco office may include, but are not limited to: * Notice of policy change and offers to meet and confer under the Entire Agreement clause; * Notice of layoff to the union as prescribed in the MOU; * Notice of meetings inviting union participation to discuss procedural or processing changes affecting issues such as health benefits, dental, payroll, leave accounting or any other change potentially impacting employees in the bargaining unit; and, * Notice of classification changes as required by the MOU.
