Subject:  Contract Year 93-94 Employee Assistance Rates



          The Department of Personnel Administration (DPA) and Occupational Health
          Services (OHS) have reached agreement on rates for employee assistance
          services for the contract year 93-94.  Subject to General Service's
          approval of the amended contract and an approved budget for the fiscal year
          93-94, the following rates will be effective July 1, 1993:

                       2                   33.24

                       3                   13.72

                       4                   10.20
