This memo supersedes PML 92-125 announcing the administrative fee
increase for the PST Retirement Plan.  Effective immediately and
retroactive to July 1, 1992, the administrative fee for the PST
Retirement shall be $4.75 per contribution.  We regret the need
to again increase the administrative fee for this retirement
program.

The primary reason for the increase is due to data processing 
and recordkeeping costs.  We have conducted a feasibility study
regarding alternatives to reduce our data processing costs.  At
this time we anticipate that the administrative fee for FY
1993-94 will be significantly reduced and a second reduction may
follow in FY 1994-95.

The retroactive fees for the months July through March will be
assessed at the new rate in April.  We apologize for the additional
fee increase and any inconvenience it causes.  If you have any
