  The Department of Personnel Administration and the 
  departmental representatives who negotiated the following 
  labor agreements will be conducting training-for-trainers 
  on changes made in the 2003 agreements.  
  
  The training sessions have been scheduled for October 31 
  and November 3, 2003.  Because of the large number of 
  departments having employees in the units covered by the 
  master table, two training sessions have been scheduled on 
  October 31, 2003.  The same information will be shared at 
  these sessions and it is not necessary to attend both 
  sessions.
