  The "Planning Ahead" brochure has been revised and is now 
  available on-line for State Employees.  It is located on 
  the Benefit Division's Web page under both the Beneficiary 
  and Survivors section and the Benefits Publication section.  
  It can be downloaded in either Word or PDF format for 
  printing. The link for the Benefits Division's Web page is:
  
  Attached is a sample email communication you may wish to 
  send to all employees to advise them of the availability of 
  the brochure.
