  As you are aware the State has 21 collective bargaining 
  units with signed contracts:  four (4) of these contracts 
  contain limited reopeners and seventeen (17) expire in the 
  Summer of 2003.  
  
  In preparation for our next round of negotiations, and with 
  the addition of a new Labor Relations Officer, Pam 
  Manwiller, bargaining unit assignments have changed in some 
  units.  I am attaching a list which displays the 
  assignments of the Labor Relations Officers. 
  
  Questions regarding a particular bargaining unit should be 
  directed to the assigned Labor Relations Officer.
