  This memorandum provides an update on the Dependent Care 
  Benefit.  Agreements have been reached with the exclusive 
  representatives for Bargaining Units 5, 7, 9, 10, 14, and 
  20 employees.  All State bargaining units have now agreed 
  to this benefit.  Please ensure that employees are advised 
  of the program information as outlined in PML 2002-026,
