  The State and the Professional Engineers in California 
  Government (PECG) have agreed to supplement Section 5.4(K) 
  of the Unit 9 collective bargaining agreement.  Section 
  5.4(K) currently limits employees to using vacation in 
  increments of thirty (30) minutes.  The attached agreement 
  means that departments (at their option) can allow Unit 9 
  employees to use vacation in increments of either 15 or 30 
  minutes.  Whichever option a department selects must be 
  uniformly applied to all Unit 9 employees in that
