  On May 12, 2000, the State reached agreement on Mentoring 
  Leave with the California State Employees Association 
  (CSEA).  The mentoring leave provision for Bargaining Unit 
  4 can be implemented immediately.  The Unit 4 provision is 
  like the other units' mentoring leave language and should 
  be interpreted the same.
