If you find a complaint has substance, forward it to your DPA contact.
Layoff Department Responsibilities
- submit a layoff plan to DPA
- determine who's affected
- complete SROA Scantron forms for employees
- give employees surplus/SROA certification letters
- maintain the surplus/SROA lists for your department
- investigate complaints about the surplus/SROA process
