Mentoring
The State Employee Mentoring Leave Program grants up to 40 hours of leave per year, on a matching basis, to employees who mentor at-risk youth (grades K-12). To learn more about the Governor's Mentoring Partnership and determine if you and your mentoring agency are eligible for the State Employee Mentoring Leave Program, please visit the CaliforniaVolunteers' website.
