Public Meetings to Release Initial Bargaining Proposals

The Dept. of Personnel Administration has scheduled the public meetings* listed below in preparation for upcoming negotiations on new labor agreements.

These meetings provide an opportunity for the public to receive copies of the initial bargaining proposals and counterproposals from the Administration and the state employee unions whose contracts expire later this year, and to comment on those proposals and counterproposals.

If it becomes necessary to schedule additional meetings, we'll post the new dates on this page and issue an announcement that it has been updated.

Meeting Schedule

The following public meetings start at 11:00 a.m. in Conference Room A/B at the Department of Personnel Administration, 1515 S Street, North Building, Suite 400, Sacramento, California 95811-7258 (get a map to DPA).

Click the links below a meeting date to access proposals or counterproposals presented that day. We will make these links available within one day of the meeting.
