GOAL #6: Continue to find cost effective solutions to improve HR operations
HR Mod promotes and endorses automation to support the smooth operation of the State's HR program. Some enhancements can be accomplished through the configuration of existing systems. For example, HR Mod is maximizing its website as a central repository for tools designed to help managers, supervisors, analysts, and HR professionals.
In addition, HR Mod actively polls departments to identify shared challenges, practical solutions, and best practices statewide.
Objective #10: Continue to look for opportunities to network existing resources and to improve collaboration between state agencies and departments
HR Mod is actively participating in statewide forums, researching problems and solutions, and communicating with departments and groups to seek out shared issues and to promote streamlined solutions.
