Background and Experience
We're looking for candidates with backgrounds and experience in:
- Classification development and design
- Examination development and design
- Workforce/Succession planning
- Human resources research methods
- Full service communications
- Outreach, recruitment, and selection
- Administration and development of performance management/evaluation programs
- Conducting large and complex IT procurements, including bid evaluation
- Project contract management and accounting
- Feasibility study report processes
- Project management
Personal Traits
You must be able to:
- Show initiative
- Use analysis to solve complex problems, and
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
