Small Personnel Offices Information Network (SPIN)

SPIN is a forum, started in 1988, that brings together experienced professionals from small departments to share information and expertise in the area of human resources. SPIN participants provide advice about new, existing, and proposed statewide policies, procedures, and regulations. They also keep each other abreast of various changes and issues so they can fulfill their day-to-day activities and needs.
