Small Personnel Offices Information Network Meetings - 2008

Created in 1988, SPIN brings together experienced professionals from small departments to share information and expertise in human resources. SPIN participants provide advice about proposed statewide policies and procedures. As a result, small departments now have far greater impact on State government than they were able to achieve individually.
