 Health Benefits
 During open enrollment, you can change health plans as well as add, change, or delete dependents from your coverage. Check with your personnel office for details and forms. You don't need to take any action if you want to keep the same plan and coverage.

Changes you make during the 2003 open enrollment take effect Jan. 1, 2004.

Click on a link below to see how much the State will contribute toward your monthly health premium in 2004. If you're in a bargaining unit that will be covered by the new "80-80" health formula, negotiated as part of the new labor agreements, or you're an excluded employee, the contribution rates reflect the new formula.

Units 1, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 20, and 21
