Savings Plus Program
The Savings Plus Program offers a 401(k) Plan and a 457 Plan to eligible State of California employees. These plans allow you to build a retirement savings account using automatic payroll deductions that go into investments you select from the Savings Plus portfolio. Money from your paycheck that you invest this way is not taxed until you eventually withdraw it, generally during retirement. You can access our comprehensive SPP website, maintained by Nationwide Retirement Solutions.
