Open Enrollment 2008 - Long Term Disability Insurance for Excluded Employees
Open enrollment for the Voluntary Long Term Disability Insurance Plan is March 1 through April 30, 2008. During open enrollment, eligible employees can enroll in the Plan and current participants can change their Plan options. If you're already in the Plan, your coverage continues automatically; you don't need to re-enroll. You may cancel at any time.
In February we'll mail open enrollment materials to eligible employees who aren't currently enrolled in the Plan. If you're already enrolled you'll receive information on changes you can make during open enrollment.
