Open Enrollment 2008 - Group Legal Services Insurance Plan
Open enrollment for the Group Legal Services Insurance Plan is March 1 through April 30, 2008. During open enrollment eligible employees can enroll in the Plan and current participants can change their Plan coverage. For example, current participants can delete or add dependents. If you're already in the Plan, your coverage continues automatically.
You may cancel at any time. Just give your personnel office a completed enrollment form indicating you want to cancel.
In late March we'll mail open enrollment materials.
