Employee suggestions range from topics in engineering, security, information technology, accounting, clerical support and many more. Eligible suggestions are those that have a cost savings to the State and a documented:
- Improvement to State Operations,
- Increase in revenue,
- Elimination of safety hazards, and/or
- Improvement in procedures.
Suggestions must describe a specific problem, offer a workable solution, and be of benefit to the State of California, as noted above, to be accepted for evaluation.
