The California Association of Highway Patrolmen (CAHP), through its Benefits Trust, offers its own indemnity dental plan to Bargaining Unit 5 represented employees who are CAHP members. However, members may elect to enroll in the State-sponsored prepaid plans. The California Correctional Peace Officers Association (CCPOA) provides dental insurance to Bargaining Unit 6 members through its Benefit Trust.
Represented employees in Bargaining Units 5 and 6 should contact their Union Sponsored Benefit Trust regarding information on dental premiums and benefits.
