What is CoBen?

Employees in bargaining units 2, 7, 8, 16, 17, 18, and 19, and excluded employees, receive a Consolidated Benefits allowance to use for health, dental, and vision insurance.

What is dependent health care vesting?

Employees in bargaining units 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 may be subject to dependent health care vesting during the first two years working for the State.
