Memorandum of Understanding with Bargaining Unit 12

 

March 26, 2010: DPA submitted to the Legislative Analyst and Members of the Legislature the

• addendum relating to background checks of BU 12 employees subject to "Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Personnel Risk Assessments" agreed to by DWR and the IUOE on February 16, 2010. This background check includes identification verification and a seven year criminal history review of the affected employees.

 

March 18, 2010: DPA submitted to the Legislative Analyst and Members of the Legislature the

• addendum regarding three CDCR staffing reduction plans agreed to by the parties January 5, 2010: 1) the Division of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) Program 800 reductions, 2) the closure of the Herman G. Stark Youth Correctional Facility, and 3) CDCR's "Right-Sizing" Program

 

November 17, 2009: DPA submitted to the Legislative Analyst and Members of the Legislature the

• addendum regarding the closure of the Sierra Vista Community Facility agreed to by the parties November 17, 2009 and
• summary of the addendum

 

August 29, 2006: The Legislature ratified the Memorandum of Understanding with Bargaining Unit 12.

• Memorandum of Understanding with Bargaining Unit 12 and
• summary of the Memorandum of Understanding
