Memorandum of Understanding with Bargaining Unit 7
The Extension Agreement for the Memorandum of Understanding with Bargaining Unit 7 (2 MB PDF) was ratified by the Legislature on August 30, 2006. It was initially submitted for review to the Legislative Analyst on August 17, 2006, and to the Members of the Legislature on August 21, 2006, along with a summary (47 KB PDF) of its provisions.
On March 12, 2007, DPA submitted an addendum (126 KB PDF) to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and Legislative Analyst's Office agreed to by the parties March 8, 2007.
On March 24, 2008, DPA submitted an addendum (207 KB PDF) to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and Legislative Analyst's Office agreed to by the parties February 29, 2008.
