Public Meetings to Release Initial Bargaining Proposals - 2010
The Department of Personnel Administration has scheduled the public meetings* listed below in preparation for upcoming negotiations on new labor agreements.
These meetings provide an opportunity for the public to receive copies of the initial bargaining proposals and counterproposals from the Administration and the state employee unions, and to comment on those proposals and counterproposals.
If it becomes necessary to schedule additional meetings, we'll post the new dates on this page and issue an announcement that it has been updated.
Meeting Schedule
The following public meetings start at 11:00 a.m. in Conference Room A/B at the Department of Personnel Administration, 1515 S Street, North Building, Suite 400, Sacramento, California 95811-7258 (get a map to DPA).

Any proposals or counterproposals presented that day will be posted within one day of the meeting, with links from this page. If no proposals or counterproposals are presented, we'll indicate under the meeting date that "no initial bargaining proposals presented or received."

* These meetings are required by Section 3523 of the Ralph C. Dills Act, which governs collective bargaining for California state civil service employees.
