If you’re in bargaining unit 1, 3, 4, 11, 15, 20, or 21, your contract allows you to continue to use EAP services for a six-month period following your separation from State service, providing you have visits remaining.
This six-month extension of EAP benefits also applies to “excluded” employees (supervisory, managerial, confidential, and other excluded positions).
